MyStupidApp
A free Android app that is mostly just a stupidly pretty animated cover screen. Windmill. Barn. Moon. Birds. Sunset. It runs, it sits there, and it hides what was on your phone because sometimes that is the whole job.
A dumb little cover screen for Android.
MyStupidApp started as a bored weekend experiment. First there was a walking stick figure. Then other dumb things happened. Eventually the stick figure lost the argument and the app became an animated scene: spinning windmill, flying birds, moon, barn, sunset, and motion that gives your screen something harmless to show.
Open it
Launch the APK on Android when you want a full-screen visual cover instead of whatever was previously visible.
Let it sit
It stays up as a simple animated scene. Touching it is not the point. It is there to be looked at, ignored, or used as a casual screen cover.
Swipe away
When you are done, close it like any other Android app. Swipe up or use your normal app switcher behavior.
It does almost nothing, which is why it is easy to understand.
Casual screen hider
Open it when you want your phone to show a harmless animated scene instead of the app, message, browser, or chaos underneath.
Desk toy
Leave it running while the phone sits nearby. It is more interesting than a black rectangle and less useful than a spreadsheet.
Freebie app
No sales lane. No deep platform strategy. Just a free Android thing that exists because not every app has to justify its own annual report.
Endian Engine sanity check
Even a serious software shop can keep one dumb little artifact around as proof that experiments are allowed.
Download MyStupidApp v4.1
Free Android APK sideload. Download it, install it on Android if you are comfortable sideloading APKs, and run it when you want the stupid picture app to cover the screen.
This is a direct APK download from the Endian Engine GitHub release. Android may warn you about installing apps from outside the Play Store. That is normal sideload behavior; only install software you intended to download.
